Where can you ship to?

We’re about to ship to virtually anywhere in the UK. The may be restrictions to some locations such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Isle of Man, which could lead to longer delivery times.
Our food is shipped in insulated polystyrene boxes which are capable of keeping the food frozen for 2-3 days, so please don’t worry if your order is not received the next day.
If you have any concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
If our couriers inform us your delivery will take longer than expected, we will contact you.

How long does shipping take?

If you place your order before midday Monday-Thursday, we will strive to ship your order the same day, for delivery the next day. If ordered after midday, we will ship your order the next business shipping day. Any orders placed between Thursday afternoon and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Once your order has been dispatched we will email you confirmation. If you supply a mobile number during checkout, we will pass this on to our couriers who will provide you with shipping updates.
As mentioned above, some locations carry shipping restrictions, if this affect you, we will update you with a shipping due date where possible.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping rates for our products are weight based, rounded up to the nearest kilogram. Each product has its weight detailed on the product page.
Our shipping rates are as follows:

For orders above 80kg, please contact us before placing your order.
Our minimum order amount is 5kg, this ensures the food will remain frozen during transit.

What if I’m not home to take delivery?

Our couriers are instructed to leave your delivery in a safe location at your address if you are not there to answer the door.
Any delivery instructions provided with your order will also be provided to the driver, e.g. leave in shed/garage etc.


In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our products, you may return the items to us. In order for us to accept any returns, we must insist that the product is unused and has remained frozen since first delivered.
All returns must be sent by next day courier to the following address:

We will happily pay the return shipping cost if the return is the result of an error on our part e.g. incorrect item shipped etc.
Your refund will be processed a few days after receipt of the goods.

All returns must first be approved before being returned. Any unapproved items returned to us cannot be accepted and will not be refunded. Please contact us to request a returns number.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
